You can request your repeat prescriptions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using SystmOnline. SystmOnline allows patients to log in and request their medication directly from their clinical record.

If you are already signed up to SystmOnline, please click on the link at the top of this page to sign in and request your prescription.

1) If you have a smartphone or tablet, download the NHS App and set up an account. You can do this yourself and do not need to contact the practice.

2) If you do not have a smartphone or tablet but you do have a computer with internet access you can order medication via SymstmOnline. You can set up an account using the link above.

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, clinical pharmacist or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.

Please do not return any unwanted medication to the surgery, we do not have the facilities for disposal. All unwanted medication should be returned to a chemist who has facilities for disposal.
